Had an unexpected problem with my suspension, and Mario did not hesitate to help me to figure out what’s the problem with my air suspension even though my ETA was their end of business day. Excellent communication, and even helped me on how to save a lot of money with replacing my damaged shocks. The whole team went above and beyond to help me even if I did not have the parts necessary for the repair.

Great experience with 38Carmodz - had them wrap (Inozetek Laguna Blue) and ceramic coat my BMW i8. They turned the car around in a week at a very fair price (I’ve worked with other “high rated” shops to wrap my cars in the past, this was by far the best customer service and quality of work)

Brandon (as well as his brother and dad) were nothing but professional throughout the whole process - from talking me through my options, keeping me in the loop about issues encountered during the wrap process, and even proactively ordering more wrap due to small blemishes in the original roll my experience has been nothing but great.

Mario took great care of me and my car. He did an exhaust job on my car that I originally was going to do myself. Honestly, I’m so glad I didn’t, it was a tough job and needed professional install. Brought my 300zx here in January for a stereo install, and to have my seats and exhaust bolted up. The stereo stopped working after about 30 minutes and when I took it apart, the wiring looked like it had been a project in a high school wiring class. The driver seat bolt was cross threaded, and the passenger seat no longer adjusts forward or back. He charged me $280 for all that.
